Every Press-Mate Prodigy® II monitor purchased through OHI or one
of our dealers is warranted to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. The pulse oximeter,
electronic predictive thermometer and printer, when purchased with
the Press-Mate Prodigy II, are warranted for a period of three (3)
years. Accessories and the rechargeable battery are warranted for
a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
Every BP-S510 purchased through OHI or one of its dealers is warranted
to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years. Accessories and the rechargeable battery
are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

OHI is committed to keeping you satisfied with the products we offer.
Should any of our instruments fail during the first three years
of the warranty period, upon request, we will ship a free loaner
within 24 hours. Our factory trained service representatives will
complete needed repairs quickly.

OHI is continually striving to refine and simplify the operation
of your equipment; we reserve the right to change specifications.
As an Omron customer, software upgrades, exclusive of enhancements,
will be made available to you at no charge for as long as you own
your monitor.
Warranty Limitations
and Exclusions
The preceding is a brief summary of warranty terms. Complete limited
warranty terms, exclusions and limitations are included in the Operations
Manual for each product. Omron’s sole responsibility shall
be to repair or replace the product within the terms stated in the
Operations Manual. OMRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE
OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS,
ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN WARRANTY,
WHICH SHALL SUPERSEDE ALL OTHER ORAL OR WRITTEN WARRANTIES.
