Mark
Rison
President
Chief Operating Officer
Mark
Rison serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. In his role,
he plans, coordinates and controls the day-to-day operations of
Colin Medical Instruments.
Mr.
Rison has been with Colin for fourteen years and has served as National
Service Manager, Director of Business Development and Vice President
prior to his appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior
to joining Colin in 1990, Mr. Rison was Vice President of American
Diagnostic Services which specialized in sales and service of diagnostic
ultrasound, echocardiography, and non-invasive equipment. Mr. Rison
was also a consultant to numerous hospitals on capital equipment
purchases, contract services and biomedical needs. |

Pat
Mohs
Vice President, Operations
Pat
Mohs serves as Vice President, Operations. In this role he is leads
and manages all manufacturing operations, production scheduling,
engineering, and inventory control of 7 product lines as well as
purchasing, scheduling, shipping, receiving, facility management,
and information technology.
Mr.
Mohs joined Colin in 1994 and has held senior positions in operations,
production, quality control, and service.
Prior
to joining Colin, Mr. Mohs served in the United States Air Force
where he specialized in the management of biomedical equipment. |

Chuck
Crisafulli
Director of Marketing, Product Management
Chuck
Crisafulli serves as Director for Marketing and Product Management.
In his role, he is responsible for Marketing and Product Management.
Mr. Crisafulli drives brand as well as OEM products.
Mr.
Crisafulli joined Colin in 2003 as a Product Manager for all of
the Colin vital signs monitors lines. Throughout his career at Colin,
he has continued to hold leadership roles to promote products worldwide.
Prior
to joining Colin, Mr. Crisafulli held Senior Product Marketing positions
at Hewlett Packard. |

Fernando
Flores
Treasurer and Secretary
Director of Accounting
Fernando
Flores serves as Treasurer and Secretary and Director of Accounting.
In his role, he is responsible for managing all activities of the
accounting department. Mr. Flores interacts with all departments
and collaborates with the President and COO to communicate financial
results to the parent company, Omron Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Flores
also serves as Trustee for Colin’s 401(k) tax-deferred savings
plan.
Prior
to joining Colin in 2003, Mr. Flores was Assistant Vice-President,
Finance at Pak-Mor Manufacturing Company, a privately-held equipment
manufacturer in San Antonio, Texas. During his career at Pak-Mor,
Mr. Flores enjoyed responsibility for all Accounting activities,
banking relationships, Information Technology, Human Resources,
and Payroll Administration. |
